Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of Zorabot (zorabot.org), the Discord bots we operate and the tools behind them (together, "the service"). By signing in or using the service you accept these terms.

1. The service

Zorabot automates parts of running a storefront on supported trading forums: bumping threads, posting vouches from your own templates, sending confirmation messages, watching threads and inboxes, updating prices and backing up your Discord server. The exact feature set depends on your plan and is described on the site.

2. Your account and access

You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for everything done through your account and through the staff members you authorize. You can revoke a staff member's access at any time; revocation takes effect on their next action.

3. Your credentials

To operate on a forum on your behalf, the service stores the credentials you provide, encrypted at rest. You must only connect accounts that are yours to use. You can replace or remove stored credentials at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, to access accounts or servers that are not yours, to harass anyone, or to disrupt the service or other customers. We may suspend or end access that does so.

5. Third-party platforms

The service interacts with platforms we do not control, such as Discord and the forums you connect. Those platforms have their own rules, and those rules can change. You are responsible for how you use the service and for your own compliance with the rules of any platform or forum you use it on. Zorabot is a tool; the decisions about where and how to use it are yours.

6. Payment and refunds

Plans are paid up front for the chosen term. Paid time is banked until the service starts running for you, as described on the pricing page. Payments are not refundable, in whole or in part, including for unused time - if something on our side is broken, talk to us and we will make it right in service time instead.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running around the clock, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Outages caused by third-party platforms are outside our control.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or actions taken against your accounts by third-party platforms.

9. Ending the service

You can stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend access for breach of these terms. When a license ends, automation stops; stored data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
