Does my staff need my Sythe password?
No. Your credentials are stored encrypted and are never shown to anyone - you included. Staff you authorize trigger bumps, vouches and confirmation PMs through Discord commands; the forum account itself stays yours alone.
Can employees write their own vouch messages?
No. The wording always comes from templates you (or a co-owner) wrote. Staff pick a scenario and paste a thread link; there is no free-text input on a vouch.
What happens when I remove a staff member?
Access is re-checked on every command press and every page request - nothing is cached. Run /deauthorize or remove them on the Access tab and their very next action is refused.
Can I bump manually instead of automatically?
Yes. Leave autobump off and run /bump whenever you want, or press Bump now on the site. If the 4-hour window is still closed, Zorabot offers to book the run for the moment it opens.

Does Zorabot run when my computer is off?
Yes. There is nothing to install and nothing runs on your machine - bumping, watching and alerts run on our servers around the clock.
