Confirmation DMs pro

After a deal, one command inside the ticket channel snapshots the conversation, fills your template and sends the buyer a Sythe PM under your name - with a link to a read-only copy of the ticket, drawn exactly like Discord.

How a confirmation goes out

  1. A staff member runs /confirmation_dm in the ticket channel, naming the buyer and their Sythe username.
  2. Zorabot snapshots the ticket, fills your template and shows a private preview.
  3. Nothing is sent until a human presses Send. Then the PM goes out from your company account, and the result lands in your log channel.

The transcript link

  • Hosted on zorabot.org behind a 32-character random token - the link is the credential, and it is excluded from search engines.
  • The buyer needs no account and downloads nothing; it is one click.
  • You write the PM template yourself, with variables for the buyer, your managers and the transcript link. A mistyped variable stays visible instead of silently vanishing.
