Vouch tooling pro
You write vouch scenarios once - up to ten wordings each, so your vouch page does not read like a script. From then on anyone you authorize posts one with a single command, from your company's Sythe account, and the wording always comes from your approved templates.
The checks before it posts
- The thread must be in Sythe's Vouches Forum - a vouch anywhere else is refused, because that is what gets posts removed.
- If your account already vouched on that thread in the last 24 hours, Zorabot asks before posting again.
- The buyer's name is read from the thread itself, so {customer} is always the person who opened it.
Staff can
- Pick a scenario and post it with /vouch
- See the vouch announced in your Discord with a link to the post
Staff cannot
- Write free-text vouches - the wording only comes from your templates
- Edit the templates - that stays with you and your co-owners
- See or use your Sythe login
