Chapter 01

Plans: Basic and Pro

Basic - the bump tool

Zorabot keeps your Sythe threads on top, watched and priced. You run it from this site and from the Zorabot bot in your private channel on our community server. No bot of your own needed.

Pro - your own buddy bot

A bot under your own name and avatar, in your own server: vouches, confirmation DMs, automatic backups and every command where your team works. Create it once (guide), paste the token - we run it.

When does my license start? Your paid time is banked until the service actually begins: on Pro the moment your buddy is standing in your server, on Basic at your first bump, vouch or confirmation DM. Nothing ticks away while you set up.
Chapter 02

Getting started, in order

  1. 1
    Get a license

Staff grants it after your order; you get an invite to the community server and your own private channel there.

  2. 2
Sign in and add your server

Sign in here with Discord, then Add your server from the dashboard.

  3. 3
Pro only: create and invite your bot

Create the bot (step-by-step), paste the token, invite it with the one-click link. It comes online within a minute and creates #zorabot (commands) and #zorabot-logs (what went out under your name). /bind points any of them at a channel of your choice.

  4. 4
    Connect Sythe

Save your username and password on the Sythe tab (encrypted, always) and press Log in. With 2FA on, the panel asks for a code the moment Sythe does.

  5. 5
    Add threads, switch autobump on

Paste your thread links on the Bumping tab, write your default message, flip autobump. Done - every thread is bumped the moment its cooldown opens.

Chapter 03

Bumping

Sythe allows one bump per thread per 4 hours - that floor is built in, nothing can post around it. A run posts to every enabled thread that is due, with a natural pause between threads.

Autobump

Hands-off: each thread bumped as soon as it may be. The setting almost everyone wants.

Bump now & booking

Bump now on the site or /bump in Discord. Window not open yet? Book it with one button - publicly, with a cancel button, so the whole team sees the plan.

Messages

One default message (BBCode, Sythe's own editor) plus an optional per-thread override. /bump_message edits it from Discord.

Sync bumps

Lines all threads up on one clock so they come due together. Only ever delays - never bumps early.

A thread that stops working tells you. After three straight failures that are the thread's own fault (locked, moved, deleted) you get an alert naming it. Your other threads keep going, and every bump lands in your logs.
Chapter 04

Sythe accounts & sessions

Credentials are stored encrypted at rest and never shown again. A login captures a session that typically lasts months; what ends it is Sythe itself, and when that happens you are alerted and one fresh login fixes it.

2FA, self-correcting

A code is asked only when Sythe asks, and the setting follows what Sythe actually did. Device trust lasts ~30 days - you are warned before a human is needed again.

Several accounts, one job each

Add extras and assign jobs: who bumps, who vouches, who sends DMs, who edits prices. Unassigned means the main account.

Inbox watch

Tick watch DMs on any account: a new Sythe message pings your alerts channel with sender and subject. We never open the message itself.

From Discord

/sythe_account adds, lists and signs accounts in. Passwords are typed in a popup, never in the chat box.

Chapter 05

Vouches Pro

A scenario ("Gold sold", "Service completed") holds up to ten wordings; posting picks one at random, so a page of your vouches never reads like a script. Write {customer} anywhere and it becomes the thread starter's name.

/vouch

Pick the scenario, paste the thread link. Zorabot checks the thread is in the Vouches Forum (posting elsewhere gets posts removed) and asks first if you already vouched there in the last 24 hours.

Announced and remembered

A vouch that lands is announced in the channel with a link straight to the post, and recorded under Posted vouches - so the history answers "did we already vouch for him?".

Editing

On the site, or in Discord with /vouch_template_scenario and /vouch_template_message.

Chapter 06

Confirmation DMs Pro

One command in the ticket

/confirmation_dm snapshots the conversation, fills your template and shows a preview. Nothing is sent until a human presses Send.

What the buyer gets

A Sythe PM under your name with a private link to a read-only copy of the ticket, drawn exactly like Discord.

Your wording

Subject, body, who signs it, plus variables for names, IDs, your managers and the snapshot link. Edit on the DM tab or with /dm_template; a typo'd variable stays visible instead of vanishing.

Chapter 07

Watchers & alerts

Watch up to 25 threads

/sythe_watch or the Watchers tab: hear about replies in Discord without sitting on the forum. Your own replies are skipped by default.

Alerts, your way

Per kind: on or off, where it lands (alerts, logs or the command channel) and whether it pings a role.

The log channel

Everything Zorabot does under your name - bumps, vouches, price edits, DMs - lands in #zorabot-logs, success and failure alike.

Two alerts are always on, because they mean bumping has stopped or is about to: a dead Sythe session and expiring 2FA device trust.
Chapter 08

GP prices

Four slots

OSRS buy/sell and RS3 buy/sell, each linked to one of your price threads.

Only the number changes

Zorabot never rewrites your post. During setup it learns exactly where your price sits (you paste a one-off marker) and from then on replaces only that number.

Change from anywhere

Setup once on the GP tab; after that, update from the site or with /gp_price and posts change within a minute. If an edit moves the price line, the slot stops rather than guessing - and alerts you.

Chapter 09

Access: who may do what

Owner

You. Everything, here and in Discord.

Co-owners

Full partners: dashboard access and every command. Added on the Access tab.

Authorized users & roles

Your managers: the everyday commands, no dashboard, no settings. Add a person or a whole Discord role - /authorize and /deauthorize work from Discord too.

Seeing the commands. By default Discord shows your buddy's commands only to members with Manage Server. To let your managers see them, open Server Settings → Integrations → your bot and allow your manager role - one minute, once. Visibility is cosmetic either way: every command checks the real access list before doing anything.
Chapter 10

Multiple servers

One bot, many servers

Link your shops and management server: one Sythe account, one set of templates, one log across all of them - and each linked server can vouch and DM under its own Sythe name.

The member link

Post it while your server is healthy; members who click it once can be pulled into a rebuilt server automatically if the worst ever happens.

Managed on the site

Linking, unlinking and per-server overrides live on the Discord servers tab on purpose - not a thing to do from a chat box.

Chapter 11

Backups Pro

Automatic, complete

Channels, roles, permissions, messages, images, emojis, bans - your buddy backs it all up on a schedule, per server.

See inside one

Open a simulation: a read-only replica of your server, drawn like Discord, straight from the snapshot.

On demand

Back up now or /backup before a risky change. Manual runs are capped at 10 per week - the automatic rhythm keeps you safe regardless. Want more? Ask us; a higher frequency is something we can offer.

Retention

The newest snapshots keep their images, older ones keep everything except images, and each server has its own storage budget. Restoring, should you ever need it, is done by us - fast and in parallel.

Chapter 12

Discord commands

Pro: everything below lives on your own buddy bot. Basic: the bumping, status, Sythe and GP commands also work on the Zorabot bot in your channel on our community server (add server: if you run several). owner = owner or co-owner, team = also your authorized users and roles.
